Who I Am
I coach people who want to feel clearer about who they are, more confident in how they show up, and more intentional about where they are going.
People usually come to this work when something feels off. Not dramatic, just persistent. They are doing the right things, but it does not feel like them anymore. Or they have outgrown an old version of themselves and are not sure what comes next.
Coaching is where we make that visible, and turn it into movement.
My background spans more than 20 years across talent, culture and coaching, with a particular focus on fashion and luxury.
That experience gives me a clear view of pressure, performance, visibility and the unspoken dynamics that shape confidence at work.
What I believe
This is thoughtful, practical coaching.
Not hype. Not “quick fixes”. Not performative confidence.
We work with what is real. Your patterns, your choices, your voice, your presence, your direction.
And we make it usable in your actual life and work.
-
When you can name what is true, decisions get simpler and the next step becomes obvious.
-
Real confidence comes from self-trust and practice, not volume, bravado or pretending you have it all figured out.
-
Purpose is what guides your choices day to day. It is less about a perfect role, and more about what matters and where you are heading.
-
It is not a fixed identity or a brand statement. It is the ongoing work of showing up in a way that is honest, aligned and sustainable.
-
When you feel more at home in yourself, you stop shrinking to fit and start choosing spaces, relationships and work that actually fit you.
