I am an HR Leader with 20 years of experience across Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB), Talent Acquisition and Cultural Transformation.

As a collaborative business partner I build inclusive cultures and drive business outcomes aligning to an organisation's strategic goals.

A strategic thinker, I have managed multinational teams and budgets and established relationships across the C-Suite with a proven track record of success in supporting and coaching executive leaders to think inclusively in the attraction, retention, and development of talent.

I am committed to creating inclusive workplaces and experiences where everyone feels valued and respected and believe that by working together, we can create more productive, accessible and equitable organisations.

Along the way I've embraced self-discovery of my identity, accepting challenges and turning them into opportunities. I've learned to leverage my strengths and dedicate myself to helping others on their own path.
