Partnering with your internal HR, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) and Leadership teams I guide the development of inclusive environments through behaviours and accountability.

Alongside this I support underrepresented talent to navigate the workplace and advocate for themselves and others.

Through my own lived experience of ADHD I support the community to develop tools that help them manage their symptoms and embrace their strengths.

  • I work with internal DEI teams and champions to to create accessible and equitable workplaces and experiences for employees and customers by delivering engaging, meaningful and measurable strategies that enable cultural and commercial growth, helping them to avoid burnout.

  • Underpinning my work, is the belief that leaders hold to key to creating environments where everyone can belong.

    I work with executive teams, and leaders to guide the development of inclusive leadership skills and behaviours that enable them to advocate for others.

  • I guide clients to advocate for themselves and create opportunities for growth whilst championing cultures of belonging for others.

    I work with individuals from underrepresented groups, including women, the LGBTQ+ community, people of colour, neurodivergent and disabled talent.

  • Develop the tools and techniques to manage your symptoms and focus on your strengths.
